Myndshift is a non-profit community social enterprise organisation that offers practical resources to people of all ages who are neurodiverse in educational organisations, the public sector, and community settings.
We provide specialist resource boxes and free training designed to offer practical tools and strategies to equip students and employees who are neurodiverse or have a mental health problem to help them navigate challenges, manage stress/anxiety, adapt to adversity, build resilience and develop effective coping skills. With its diverse range of resources and tools, the Myndshift box offers a large number of benefits that contribute to creating a healthier and more supportive environment.
We offer specialised workshops and training sessions covering a diverse range of mental health and well-being subjects to both the public and various organisations. These organisations include schools, colleges, and universities, as well as other non-profit community and public sector entities responsible for managing and supporting individuals of all ages who are neurodiverse or facing mental health challenges.
Furthermore, we engage in collaborative efforts with other non-profit organisations to advocate for positive mental health practices. Our goal is to positively shape people's perspectives on mental health and neurodevelopmental concerns.
